MDD has developed a unique design style. Without pandering to any particular fashion or trend du jour, MDD rather bases its architectural planning on the unique needs and requirements of each individual client. In turn, MDD comprises a dedicated team of design professionals committed to providing the best service in the industry while enduring relationships with clients is an MDD hallmark - evident in the building process and the excellence of our final products.

Design

Specializing in all sectors of interior design from Domestic to Retail and Commercial design, with over 3000 projects to date and an award-winning portfolio to match, the design wing of the Manas group is unrivalled. Clients, meanwhile, are welcome visitors to our studio, ensuring a "hands on", personal approach is taken. MDD also frequents international trade shows in order that our designers stay abreast of current trends.

Shopfitting

In a flooded market, it's undoubtedly the parallel combination of quality and price that keeps a brand on top. The model of our own in-house factory ensures on-time and reliable shopfitting. Again, clients are welcome to visit our factory and communicate directly to our carpenters and engineers to ensure an "on the pulse" project.

Construction

At MDD we pride ourselves on being able to offer a full service to our prestigious clients. In order to control & manage this key aspect, we have our own construction crew that tackles projects head on and ensures timeous completion - from the smallest alterations to mega projects. In addition, MDD Construction has the ability to create modern masterpieces owing to its focus on continuous training and skills development within the group. The MDD Construction division has been in existence since 1997.

Project Management

In delivering the final product via either the design & shop fitting option or our turn key alternative, deadlines are encouraged through the utilization of our entire team.
